I must and will admit that I'm enjoying these to get my day started. I reheated some leftover brown rice (fistful portion size), sauteed some spinach, kale, mushrooms, red onions, and pickled jalapeños with 2 scrambled eggs. Topped it with some provolone cheese. 😋
